به لطف بی‌کران دادار هستی‌بخش و با توکل و استعانت از ائمهٔ اطهار، در روزی مبارک از سال ۱۳۹۶، دبیرستان غیردولتی تعلیم ماندگار با همت تلاش‌گران پرتوان عرصهٔ آموزش و پرورش در استان گیلان بنیان نهاده شد.

تعلیم ماندگار آمد تا با توکل، تلاش و تعهد، مسیری ماندگار برای دانش‌آموزان مستعدی رقم زند که شایستهٔ بهترین‌ها هستند.

ما آمده‌ایم تا آموخته‌های سالیان خود را بی‌منت به نسل جوان دختران این دیار هدیه دهیم؛ تا ببالند، بدرخشند و افتخار خانواده و میهن عزیزمان را با تلاش و همت خود رقم بزنند.

و یقین داریم که تحقق این آرمان، جز با لطف و مهر بی‌پایان خداوندی ممکن نیست.

Ta’lim Mandegar emerged with faith, perseverance, and commitment—aiming to create an enduring path for talented students who have always deserved the very best.

We strive to share the fruits of years of learning without expectation, offering them to the new generation of girls in our city—so they may grow, shine, and shape the pride of their families and our beloved country through determination and effort.

We believe such aspirations are realized only through divine mercy and love.
